How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings inside the app, or by emailing us at info.platehawk@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you'll keep access until then.

My deals don't match what I see in the store. Why?

We pull deal data from publicly available sources (store circulars, Flipp, retailer feeds). Prices can occasionally differ due to regional variations or update timing. Always verify deals before shopping. If you're seeing consistently wrong prices for a specific store, let us know.

Can I request my data or delete my account?

Yes. Email info.platehawk@gmail.com with your request and we'll handle it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

PlateHawk isn't working on my browser. What should I try?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload. PlateHawk works best on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. If the issue persists, email us with your browser version and a description of what's happening.
